Frequently Asked Questions

I really, really want you to be thrilled with your purchase! I know that you have a lot of choices out there, and I want to make your experience with me the best it can be.

If you are not completely happy, please email me at kathy@shoptwoblue.com (or use the contact form above) within 30 days of purchase, and I will personally help you with your return.

I offer refunds for unwashed, unworn, and unused items, with all tags attached.

Once your return is approved, you’ll receive a free USPS shipping label via email. Simply repackage your item, attach the label, and drop it any mailbox. The returned item must be scanned on its way back to me within 35 days of delivery.

Refunds will be issued on the card used to purchase once I receive your returned merchandise. Credits may take up to 10–14 days to appear on your statement. If you used a gift card and a credit card to complete your purchase, the gift card will be refunded first.

I reserve the right to refuse a return and refund if the item has been visibly worn, altered, or damaged.

I do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different size, please place another order for a different size and initiate a return.

Orders are shipped within one to two business days.

Shipping is FREE on all US orders $75.00 or more. US orders under $75.00 shop for a flat rate of $5.00

Orders to Canada ship for a flat-rate fee of $15.00.

I do not accept other international orders at this time.

Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with shipping and tracking details.

I ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, at my discretion.

All orders are shipped from my warehouse in Herndon, Virginia, right outside of Washington, DC.

I work very hard to get your order out to you as soon as possible, however, my shipping partners may experience delays due to unforeseen circumstances.

I do sometimes restock popular items, if possible. If I am sold out of something you’d like, please email me at kathy@shoptwoblue.com (or use the form above), and I will let you know if the item has been restocked.
